Forge undertook the conversion of the second floor of the existing accountancy school to provide 2 no. private sale self-contained apartments with associated amenity. Careful rerouting of existing services & management of the construction process was required to ensure the school was kept running during normal operational hours.
Due to the bespoke nature (the larger 3-bedroom unit had a 150sqft winter garden allowing for extension of the living room space into an entertainment area for guests) and high-quality interior design of the spaces, both apartments sold very quickly on the open market following completion of the contract.
