Forge worked with Bugler Developments on the construction phase of the Martindale Fields project for Dacorum Borough Council from mid 2018 to completion in late 2020.

The site is spread around a central one way road, and is primarily comprised of family style housing with 2 and 3 bedrooms and generous garden spaces. A flat block towards the front of the site offers mainly 1 bed units set around a rear open space.

Forge enjoyed developing the construction package for this modern take on the traditional semi-detached and terrace housing.
