Forge provided the developer with an extensive feasibility study for this site, close to the West Green Shopping centre. Previously the site was comprised of dilapidated prefab dwellings which were cleared. This high-density residential led scheme was arranged to provide dual aspect to the dwellings, maximising daylight and passive ventilation.
