Planning was achieved in 2019 for replacement of an obsolete light industrial building with a new-build residential scheme of nine dwellings.
The design maximises the opportunities presented by the unusual orientation of the site within a mainly residential context. Each dwelling benefits from abundant natural light, multiple aspect and generous external amenity space.
The proposed building form and materials are respectful to adjacent properties, resulting in a new building that sits comfortably within the existing urban fabric.
