This 5.7 acre site is located in a suburban residential neighbourhood in north west London. The feasibility and planning concept achieved a high density mix of houses and flats whilst also providing 1500sqm of community area.  The proposals included a servicing and access infrastructure. The scheme received very positive feed back from the Local Authority, which has led to a full planning submission.
