The proposal is a mixed-use development of part three, part four and part nine storeys compromising of 60 residential units, 6000sqft of retail space and 3800sqft of office space.
The site is located in a prominent position in Central Walthamstow. The scheme identified the opportunity to create an 'active frontage' onto the adjacent open space that would enhance the attractiveness and vitality of the area. Forge obtained planning for this extremely dense scheme on what was a very problematic long thin site.
