The R1SE is a seven-storey mixed use development consisting of 67 residential apartments as well as 6 commercial units of varying size. The development includes a basement car park providing 35 residents spaces. The scheme was designed to break up the different uses both visually and practically so that they could successfully occupy this restricting urban site. Forge achieved planning permission, and was later novated to undertake the working drawings for this scheme, on behalf of Rooff Ltd.
