This was a challenging scheme set within the locally prominent Old Mill building that bridged across Mill stream on Bexley High street.  The building was formerly a carvery restaurant, and Forge obtained planning permission for change of use, and went on to provide a full construction package to transform the building into 10 private apartments and B1 offices for the clients own head office. The existing building by it’s quirky nature required a great deal of care and attention but it resulted in a revitalised building, that has become an important asset in the local streetscape.
