Forge were involved from feasibility through planning to completion for this period warehouse building in the Kennington Conservation Area. The development contained a mix of office, residential and live/work units, arranged around the site to form a new courtyard. The new build and extensions to the upper parts complimented the period building whilst providing generous circulation and modern, contemporary spaces.
