Located in the heart of the Bermondsey Regeneration area, the site provided an opportunity for a scheme that has a positive effect on local regeneration and introduces a contemporary building style. The concept is that of two solid elements that slide pass each other, separated by a transparent third element. These create opportunity for green amenity spaces at different levels and provide areas of interaction for the residents. The approved scheme comprises of 34 dwellings above 400sqm of commercial space.
