99 Rotherhithe Street is a Grade II Listed warehouse located the Thames waterfront. Forge achieved approval for the renovation and refurbishment of this factory for  9 residential dwellings. The project retained and exposed many existing features of the original building creating high class accommodation with unique character and spectacular views of Tower Bridge.
