Reform Row was another project for Genesis Housing Association. It comprises of 25 affordable apartments over two/three storeys on a previously light-industrial site. It pays particular attention to high quality materials and detailing. Forge acquired this project with planning approval, adapted the scheme to comply with all housing association and other standards, and saw the project through to construction.
