The development was a successful modern scheme of thirteen affordable residential apartments, located on a difficult corner site which had been left vacant since the 1960’s. The modern design aims to respect its location and pays particular reference to the adjacent listed buildings both physically and materially, albeit in a subtle and contemporary way.
