This scheme involved the part demolition of an existing building that occupied the full footprint of the rear garden of an existing Victorian house.  The enclosing walls were retained with a new lightweight contemporary building being inserted within the site.   We created a small open plan dwelling that maximised the use of daylight, and was careful detailed to create a modern contemporary home.
