This 2 acre site was designated a Primary Employment zone in Lambeth’s U.D.P.  It comprised of a number of run down industrial buildings, a car breaker and artists studios.  Forge managed to acquire planning permission for change of use to residential, at a density well in excess of the borough standards due to our efficient use of the site. The five main blocks were organised around communal landscape and parking areas with more private areas arranged around the perimeter of the site.
