This mixed-use project consists of 88 residential apartments and an architectural salvage emporium. The design takes the form of two separate buildings that come together around three interconnecting courtyard gardens. The scheme is a sustainable development where the residential element cross subsidises the replacement of the existing commercial facility, which maximises the potential of this under-developed, inner city brown field site.
