This large prestigious site is adjacent to the proposed 2012 Olympic site. Forge produced a master plan layout on this site showing a combination of residential and commercial units.  The concept was to create interlocking forms that interact through a series of public and private spaces. The residential units were situated on the riverfront to give the best possible views.
