Forge undertook a feasibility and asset maximisation exercise for the client to rejuvenate a dilapidated, but prominent site overlooking The Oval cricket ground. The scheme demanded exemplary design for such a landmark building. The proposals respond to the site curvatures, and towers nine storeys at the highest point. Inherent in the design was a clear strategy towards the use of renewable energy technologies, and a generous provision of private amenity with panoramic views of London.
