Forge secured planning for this six-storey development on this small, prominent site for Mount Anvil. We were appointed by Allenbuild Ltd to carry out the detail design in order for them to successfully procure the building for Landmark Housing Association. This involved the adaptation of the original design to include for SDS and Lifetime Homes Standards.
