This mid 19th Century spice and leather warehouse was previously used for storage and artists’ studios. After agreeing a long leasehold deal with the freeholders, Trinity House, Forge achieved planning to change the use to B1 studios. After successfully seeking funding Forge completely refurbished the building with the creation of new circulation and welfare areas. Where possible the original building was revealed as we created open plan offices with the removal of partitions. Forge now occupies one of the studios and sub-lets the remaining spaces.
