This is a modern and vibrant residential scheme constructed on the site of a former meat processing plant. We obtained planning permission for 14 flats to be carefully inserted in and around the existing buildings of three Victorian terraces. The scheme was then built out in three phases, the last being a gatehouse building that completed the formation of an internal private courtyard.
