Appointed prior to acquisition, Forge produced a successful planning scheme and completed the scheme through to completion on this tight site. The design had to deal with the issues of public frontage to both the front and rear, railway/road proximity and designing within the Herne Hill conservation area. The client was very keen to use quality materials on this prominent development and agreed to stone cladding and the winter-gardens to enhance the quality of the scheme.
